It has been our pleasure and privilege to serve the people and business owners of South Yorkshire and beyond, since 1966.
We currently have over 20 people across the firm including Solicitors, experienced executives and team members with expertise in litigation, property, private client, and business law.

Our History
George Tierney started the practice in 1966. His son Adam, went on to become our next Senior Partner.
In the year we were founded:
● The average house cost £3,840, compared to £293,000 today!
● England were the football world champions!

Although there’s one thing that hasn’t, and that’s human nature.

We’ve been serving the local community for over 50 years
As a family firm, we have been serving the people of Rotherham, South Yorkshire and beyond since George Tierney opened for business in 1966.
George’s son, Adam joined the firm in 1996 and gradually took the reins expanding the practice to a 20-plus strong team.
In February 2024, nearly 60 years since the firm started, George’s granddaughter, Maddie joined the practice after passing her Solicitors exams, becoming the latest in a long line of people who have started their training as Solicitors with the firm.

Yet we are not so big that you’ll find yourself lost in a department, re-explaining your circumstances to different people at every turn.
