Children

It can be a difficult and stressful time trying to decide what is best for children of the family when parents are not in a relationship. We can assist in trying to resolve issues such as where the children should live and how much contact they should have with each parent. We can advise on rights and give an opinion on what seems to be reasonable in all of the circumstances.

We try to deal with matters as harmoniously as possible in order to reach an agreed resolution suitable for all of the parties. We can also support and assist you through Court Proceeding should you not be able to reach an agreement.
