Meet our Management Team

Litigation Department

Adele has lived in Rotherham all her life and joined us almost 20-years ago, in 2006.

She is often the first point of contact within our Litigation team. Adele is a great listener and makes sure clients feel supported and valued.

She also guides and mentors our new team members.

Adele is based at our Wickersley office.

Reception

Janette joined us in 2014 as our Head Receptionist.

After 2 years with the firm, Janette was invited to join our Private Client Department where she remained for 10 years carrying out various tasks and assisting fee earners.

Janette has now resumed her role as Head receptionist following the retirement of our previous receptionist and is based at our Wickersley office.

Property Department

Cameron works in our Conveyancing department and is training to be a Licensed Conveyancer.

He joined us in 2017 as a junior member of the team and has since become a fee earner dealing with all manner of residential transactions. Cameron also helps with various commercial matters and is based  Dinnington.

Private Client Department

Emma started working with us as a receptionist at our Dinnington office in 2019.

She is currently working across various departments while studying law at The Open University.

Emma is currently based at our Wickersley office.

Private Client Department

Tracey started her legal career in litigation but retrained in 2010 to become a Private Client Executive dealing with Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

She joined Tierneys in August 2022 and has extensive knowledge and experience in her area. Tracey works from both our Dinnington and Wickersley offices.

Russel joined our busy litigation department in January 2023 as a Trainee.

He qualified as a Solicitor after passing the SQE (Solicitors Qualifying Examination), in 2025 and has remained in our litigation department handling all manners of litigation matters as well as dealing with commercial leases. Russel is based at our Wickersley office.

Property Department

Madeleine joined us in 2024 as a legal assistant after graduating from Nottingham Trent University with an honours degree in Law with Criminology.

She has since graduated from the University of Law with her LPC (Legal Practice Course) and Masters. Madeleine will qualify in September 2026.

Maddie is currently based in our Wickersley office and is in the first year of her Training Contract.

Sarah joined the firm’s property department in 2024.She has assisted the fee earners in the department in all manners of admin since and is often a first point of contact for our conveyancing clients.

Sarah is based at our Dinnington office.

Private Client Department

Poppy joined us in 2026 as a Legal Assistant working in our Private Client Department.

She graduated from the University of Lincoln with an upper second-class honours degree in Law with Criminology in 2024.

She aspires to undertake the SQE in the future, with the intention of becoming a qualified Solicitor.

Poppy is currently based in our Wickersley office.

Private Client Department

Andrea joined our Private Client Department in 2026, with experience in advising and acting for clients in relation to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration. Prior to working in legal practice, Andrea enjoyed a career as a university law lecturer.

Andrea is based in our Wickersley office and deals primarily with probate and estate administration

Property Department

Emma works in our Property Department and joined the firm in 2026.

She graduated from the University of York with an Upper Second-Class Honours degree before completing a Master’s degree. Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 2020 and has over seven years’ experience advising clients on a wide range of property transactions.

Her expertise includes residential conveyancing, property development, new build transactions, leasehold properties, unregistered land, land acquisitions, and plot sales.

Emma is based at our Dinnington office

Leo has been wandering the offices for many years now greeting and charming our clients and visitors, making new friends as he goes.

He has even been known to visit our interview rooms to ensure all is well.

He interacts with all the team at both offices, especially at lunchtime when he is partial to sharing a sandwich.”
