Conveyancing Department

Adam is the youngest son of the founder of the Firm and is now the Company’s Managing Director. He has worked in the profession from 1983 and qualified in 1995 after being educated at Leeds University and The College of Law, York. He has a broad knowledge of all areas of law which the firm undertakes but specialises in Commercial and Residential Conveyancing. Adam manages our Dinnington office and is head of the Conveyancing Department.

Lauren is a Director and head of our Litigation department, dealing with all manner of commercial and individual disputes as well as high value Personal Injury claims. After a change in career, Lauren joined the Company in 2011 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2013. She became a Director following incorporation of the Company in 2017. Lauren is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is based at and manages our Wickersley office.

Zach is a Director and head of our Private Client department, dealing with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate, Trusts and Court of Protection matters. He joined the Company in 2014 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2016. He became a Director in 2021 and is also an Associate Member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Rachael is a Solicitor in our Family Department. She deals with the breakdown of relationships and issues that arise in relation to divorce, financial matters and arrangements for children. She can also prepare agreements for those who want some assurance at the outset of their marriage or relationship. Rachael qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and joined the company in September 2018.

Conveyancing Department

Cameron works in our Conveyancing department and is training to be a Licensed Conveyancer. He joined the Company in 2017 as a junior member of the team and has since become a fee earner dealing with all manner of residential transactions and also assists with various commercial matters.

Kaz is a Trainee Solicitor currently working at our Wickersley office assisting fee earners with an array of matters. He began his training with the Company in our conveyancing department in 2022 and has recently joined our litigation department. Kaz recently completed his Legal Practice Course and is on route to qualifying as a Solicitor at the end of 2023.

Russel joined the Company in January 2023 in our busy litigation department.  He is currently undertaking the SQE course part time and hopes to qualify as a Solicitor in 2024.

Adele is a legal assistant in our Litigation Team and has worked in the legal sector for many years. Adele joined Tierneys in 2006 and is an integral part of the Litigation team. Adele is based at our Wickersley office.

Owen is a Legal Assistant currently working in our Private Client department. He recently joined the firm in 2022 and assists with Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Owen began his LPC in 2022.

Emma started her employment with Tierneys as a reception at our Dinnington office in 2019. She is now part of our conveyancing department working as a legal assistant. She is currently studying law at The Open University and continues to progress in hopes of becoming a solicitor.

Conveyancing Department

Jasmine is the newest member of the Conveyancing Department. She recently joined as a Legal Assistant and graduated from the University of Lincoln with an upper second class in LLB Law (Honours). She begins her LPC in September 2023 and hopes to progress to a fee earner in the future.
